Commencing his career as an Engineer in the process control and automation field, Phil quickly found a passion for health and safety in the workplace. Holding post-graduate qualifications in OHSE, Phil is a highly results driven, energetic and motivated safety professional with over 10 years’ experience in wide variety of industries including mining, utilities, manufacturing, construction and logistics. Phil is a strong relationship builder and has built success upon his ability to quickly create rapport and build trust with both clients and colleagues.

BIO
Working as a paramedic for over 10 years, Alicia has gained an in-depth understanding of the many different factors that make up the health and wellbeing of each individual. This led her to grow her health and safety understanding further by exploring the effects of nutrition and fitness on lifestyle diseases, quality of life and mental wellbeing. Alicia has held management roles in the healthcare sector. In these stressful and dynamic environments, seeing the challenges that affected her peers when dealing with both physical and mental workplace injuries she broadened her focus to the health and wellbeing of her colleagues not just her patients. 

 

Alicia’s passion is to improve the safety of workplaces from a variety of angles by ensuring that people are not only safe, happy and healthy at work but also thriving in their personal life as it is clear that the two are intrinsically linked. Alicia’s unique range of experience enables her to assess workplace safety from both a traditional and more holistic perspective.
